Rich started his direct selling career in 1996 at The Pampered Chef, where he was in charge of global technology and all Consultant and customer support. Rich joined Thatcher Technology Group to help other direct selling companies realize what he had learned first hand. Prowess is the direct selling industry’s most configurable sales performance management software. In this position, he gets the opportunity to work with direct selling companies that range from start-ups to Fortune 500 firms. Rich resides in the Chicago area and enjoys chasing five grandchildren with Laurie, his wife of 33 years.
