Andi and her husband, Jason, moved to Vancouver, Washington where she began working for Jenkon focusing mostly on compensation plans. After several years, Andi began consulting with other direct selling companies again specializing in compensation plans, internal process design and staff training, and business organization and development. Over the years her focus has increasingly become centered on compensation plan development and her experiences have been augmented through the mentoring she has received from her father, Dan Jensen.Adding to her broad spectrum of experience, Andi has also been a distributor for various direct selling companies which has provided her with a firsthand understanding of a distributor’s needs and experiences. She and her husband are founders of a small direct selling company that sells brewed chocolate called Choffy. Her responsibilities as a stay-at-home mom of two young children give her added insight into the needs of the typical distributor force today.
