Cancellation/Transfer Policies:

Please email cancellation requests to hello@bestpractices.academy. For all cancellations requests received on or before January 2, 2017, a $50 charge will be deducted. Between January 2 and February 28, 2017, a 50% charge will be deducted. No refunds will be made after March 1, 2017. You can transfer your registration to another representative at your company for a $50 fee. The registration can’t apply to any future events.
